dysplasia and had double hip surgery done and is recovering
nicely.

sores on her- she is a diabetic- her levels were VERY BAD when she first
came in. The vets were unsure she would make it. She is taking insulin
shots twice a day. She is 90% blind due to the neglect of taking care of
the diabetes when they could have. Typical neglect and abuse at a
puppymill. She is a happy soul. Her adoption fee will never even touch
her vet bills but her adoption fee is $350.00 and outside being blind
and a diabetic she is a healthy girl.
Toddy was adopted on 9/30/06- adopted by Sharon of Middlebury Vt. Her
name is now Cheyenne. |

- 0649 These two senior citizens came to GMPR due to their owners
ailing health. Her family contacted us hoping and praying we would
take them in and take care of them. OF COURSE!! They must stay
together- they were raised together. They are seniors that need a
loving home to care for them.
Bear and Pugsley are super sweet boys. They absolutely love people.
All they want to do is be on my lap or near me and cuddle. They will
do this as long as you let them stay there. They get along well with
other dogs and cats, but prefer to be with their human friends.
Bear is incontinent and seems to have reoccurring ear infections and
only has two teeth so he has to have a special diet. Pugsley has
separation anxiety tremendously. When I am home, he has to be with
me every second. If he does not see me, he screeches. He also does
not have any teeth. My suggestion for an adoptive home is someone
who does not work all day, possibly retired and is home most of the
time. Other than that, they are the most loving little men. They
just love to cuddle.
8/16/06--- well Nancy- their foster mom is such a true GMPR angel-
